We encourage you to contact 30 of your friends to each donate $30 and on December 1 (Giving Tuesday), we ask you to donate your $900 to Complementary Cancer Care, where the funds you raise go to providing free support groups, creative expression groups, mind and body classes and 1:1 counseling for anyone dealing with cancer in Brevard County. No one needs to go through cancer alone! Help us ensure people facing cancer have access to free services to help them feel connected, supported and cared for.

Join Lorien as she guides you through simple joint warm ups and gentle movements (standing, seated and reclined options) to honor your body, followed by a short laughter and mantra practice to honor your heart and concluding with meditation and deep relaxation to rest your mind. We will explore together how this practice is a prayer, an expression of gratitude to ourselves and to those whose efforts made it possible for us to exist at any given moment. This practice is appropriate for all levels. Find room to stretch out on your floor and gather a chair, pillows and a blanket.
