"Move it or lose it," is an expression we've all heard, but how - exactly - should we move as we get older? Sometimes it feels dangerous to tax our fragile, aging bodies.
Through lecture and practice you’ll experience qi going and yoga to help you build awareness of your body's limits and introduce you to ways of replenishing your life force and avoid burning out.
This workshop is appropriate for students who are able to get to the floor and back up on their own.
