To live and age gracefully we must act skillfully. To act skillfully we need a practice.

A practice comes in all shapes and sizes; as the saying goes, "There are many paths up a mountain."

The Yoga Café Series
Tuesdays, 12pm ET

Maintaining your physical, mental, emotional and energetic well-being is critical for acting skillfully. This series will incorporate an eclectic blend of tools from yoga, qigong and more. Each month will have a "Special" - a unique theme (see below) and you're encouraged to join for the whole month for best results (but a single class is still better than none).

Online Walkathon
November 1-30

This November, join Lorien for another online walkathon to raise funds for Complementary Cancer Care. Every day, commit to walking at least 1 mile (it's easier than you think!) and encourage as many friends as you can to join you. We ask that you donate $30 each to Complementary Cancer Care in November as part of this fundraiser.​
